Almost, Maine

By John Cariani
Directed by Hope Smalley

Synopsis

Welcome to Almost, Maine—a place that's not quite a town and where, on one cold, clear winter night, the ordinary becomes extraordinary.

Set beneath the dazzling Northern Lights, Almost, Maine weaves together a series of funny, touching, and unexpected love stories. As the residents of this remote northern community navigate the joys and heartbreaks of human connection, they find themselves falling in and out of love in ways that are both magical and deeply relatable. Hearts are broken, mended, lost, and discovered as strangers, friends, and couples encounter moments that change their lives forever.

Filled with warmth, wit, and gentle magic, John Cariani's beloved modern romantic comedy celebrates the vulnerability, humor, and wonder of relationships. Whether you've found love, lost it, or are still searching for it, Almost, Maine offers a heartfelt reminder that life's most meaningful moments often arrive when we least expect them.
