Ken Ludwig's clever and fast-paced adaptation of the Agatha Christie classic boasts all the glamour, intrigue and suspense of Dame Agatha's celebrated novel, plus a lot of humor, staged in a dynamic and theatrical setting.
Auditions will be held on January 27, 2025 at 7:00PM
No appointment necessary; actors will sign in as they arrive on the night of the audition.
The audition will consist of cold readings from the script.

CHARACTERS:
Monsieur Bouc - Belgian; middle aged or older; good humored; friend of Poirot; runs the Wagon-Lit train company
Mary Debenham - English beauty in her 20's/30's. In love with Colonel Arbuthnot
Hector MacQueen - Nervous American in his 20's/30's. Hector McQueen's assistant.
Michel the conductor - Frenchman, 40s, train conductor. Quiet, almost grave sense of humor.
Princess Dragomiroff - 70's, Russian, regal and commanding
Greta Ohlsson - Swedish, 30's, "frightened, sheep-like quality about her", missionary, very religious, travels as a companion to Princess Dragomiroff
Countess Andrenyi - 20s/30s, "brilliantly beautiful" very charismatic, a medical doctor who also married a Hungarian Count. Speaks with Hungarian accent, although we learn she is really American
Helen Hubbard - Outspoken American in her 50's or so, "a bit of a character", sings (not necessarily well, just loud), says she loves bourbon and is on her 4th husband. She shows her real character at the end - serious, intelligent, articulate and determined
Colonel Arbuthnot - Scottsman, 30's/40's, military background, commanding presence, in love with Mary Debenham
Samuel Ratchett (possibly doubles with the Colonel) - Middle-aged American businessman, brusque, unforgiving with a threatening demeanor. Uses his money to control people.
Head Waiter (possibly doubles with Michel) - Headwaiter of upscale restaurant in Turkey. Prides himself on observing and knowing everything, "like a detective"
