This chilling mystery thriller by the author of Rosemary's Baby explores the thin line between fantasy and reality, madness and murder. Students Susan and Larry find themselves as guests enticed to the Brabissant mansion by it's dissolute caretakers the lonely Mackeys. Struck by Susan's strong resemblance to Veronica Brabissant, long- dead daughter of the family for whom they work, the older couple gradually induce her to impersonate Veronica briefly to solace the only living Brabissant, her addled sister who believes Veronica alive.

Doris and Lucille squash the budding romance between Sam and Ida but are guilt stricken when this nearly breaks Ida's heart.

Back by popular demand! Colonial once again takes our show on the road as we return to Greystone Hall in West Chester for our third annual production of The Manor. A fictionalized reenactment of true events that took place in the 1920s, The Manor is a one-of-a-kind theatrical experience where the mansion itself becomes the stage and the star, and the audience follows the actors through its rooms as the plot unfolds!

Take George, one confused accountant. Put him backstage with no idea of how he got there, called upon tonight to replace another actor in a Noel Coward play. Or was it Shakespeare? Absurd comedy ensues as George struggles pitifully in the spotlight. In true nightmarish fashion, matters only go downhill for him as the play in question changes unpredictably, encompassing pastiches of Private Lives, Hamlet, Waiting for Godot and A Man For All Seasons. George’s distress escalates and his attempts to follow a mess of cues, whispered lines and angry reactions from the real actors is both funny and tragic. Is George dreaming, or is something even more surreal afoot?
